I have a wide range of knowledge gained from 25+ years experience as a therapist and teacher, both privately and in the NHS (latterly in Pain Management). I also have an eclectic mix of other skills such as dance and Clean Language coaching.

I work with people (particularly health care practitioners, self employed and retired) who want to learn how to re-connect with their potential to move with greater co-ordination, freedom and self awareness. Clinically proven, Alexander Technique sessions reduce chronic pain, improve posture and improve balance/co-ordination. Lessons also help people to learn how to move mindfully and find a pace that is right for them.

I am passionate about supporting my clients to re-discover lightness, ease and greater awareness of the extraordinary in the ordinary of being a fully present human being. My current focus is also how the Alexander Technique can support people to find their voice.

I provide both individual and group (private and business) sessions in The Wolds, East Yorkshire and Humberside. Upcoming workshops can be found on my website. I currently have practices in Wilberfoss, Market Weighton and Beverley. I have also been involved in research into Fear of Falling & The Alexander Technique.

Teacher of the Alexander Technique (trained and qualified at YATS), Chartered Physiotherapist & CranioSacral Therapist.
